Group Rate
The contracted group rate is $419 per night which includes a discounted resort fee of $30 per night (plus applicable taxes).
Resort Fee Includes:
• Daily Bottled Waters
• One Bottle of Signature Wine
• High Speed WiFi
• 24-Hour Fitness Studio Access
• In-room coffee and tea
• Self Parking
Additional nights may be available at the group rate, subject to availability at the time of reservation.
Hotel Cancellation Policy
72-hours (3 full days prior to arrival). For cancellations received within two days of arrival, a fee equal to one night multiplied by the guestroom rate (plus applicable taxes) shall apply.
Hotel Rooms
Rooms and associated charges are the responsibility of each retreat participant. If you would like a specific room type not shown on the hotel link, please contact the hotel directly at 888-965-7090 and identify yourself as part of our group (CHI/Optima Owners Retreat).
Parking
Valet parking is available at a rate of $25/day. Self parking is included the resort fee.
