Josh Hyatt, is a nationally recognized leader in healthcare risk management and clinical ethics with more than 30 years of experience across hospital systems, insurance, and regulatory settings. As Director of Consulting for Healthcare at Praesidium,  he partners with healthcare organizations  to  build  safer  systems through expert-led assessments, policy development, and ongoing consultation.

Josh has served as an adjunct professor for over 15 years,teaching healthcare leadership, patient safety, and ethics. His work reflects a deep commitment to protecting patients and strengthening organizational accountability.

He currently serves on the Advisory Board of the American Society for Health Care Risk Management (ASHRM) and is Editor of the ASHRM Journal.In 2017, he was named one of America's Leading Risk Managers by Insurance Business America, honoring his lasting contributions to the field.
