Diane is responsible for the entire accounting function for Optima Healthcare Insurance Services. An integral part of her job is producing the monthly internal financial statements, including budget vs. actual information and cash flow projections.

In May 2008, in addition to her CFO responsibilities, Diane assumed the role of Senior Vice President, Underwriting. Diane's overall knowledge of Optima's operations and her vast financial background makes her a perfect fit for this position.  

Diane joined Optima is September 1997 to develop and implement an accounting system. In addition to her financial responsibilities, Diane is also responsible for the computer system, which primarily consists of interaction with outside consultants and trouble-shooting/solving problems.

Prior to joining Optima, Diane worked for another insurance agency in the same capacity. Her professional background also includes four years with a Big-6 public accounting firm and development of her own consulting/bookkeeping business.

Diane is a member of the AICPA and holds a current Certified Public Account (CPA) license in the state of California.
