Administration Scope of Services
Administration and Finance provides oversight to the operations of Optima Healthcare Insurance Services. Within this department are the CEO, COO, CFO and support staff. Functions completed within this department include:
- Strategic planning
- Oversight to the leadership team
- Facilitation of Board activities
- Direction on the risk to be absorbed by Optima/CHI to ensure the CHI program is competitive
- Human resource activities
- Management of office sites
- Management of CHI and Optima budgets, accounting functions, compliance with regulatory requirements, management of audits, and technology management.
