Account Management Philosophy

Account Management is responsible for overseeing the daily insurance activities and needs of each CHI member. This department includes the Account Broker and Account Managers. Functions accomplished in this department include managing the renewals of CHI members, providing day-to-day support to CHI members, brokering various lines of coverage not provided within the CHI policy, educating clients on various aspects of insurance coverage, and providing each CHI member with updates on all Optima activities by way of various reports and the coordination of service team meetings.
