Bonnie Garcia

Account Manager I

Bonnie joined Optima in August of 1999 as an Account Manager. Bonnie's primary responsibility is to provide prompt and efficient customer service to Optima insureds. In addition to the day-to-day activities that her accounts require, Bonnie works closely with Account Executives as well as company underwriters and is responsible for renewal application preparation, marketing and proposal presentation.

Prior to joining Optima, Bonnie worked for a personal lines insurance agency for 13 years. There she was responsible for marketing, customer service & management of personal auto & homeowners insurance accounts.

Bonnie currently maintains a fire & casualty insurance license and is pursuing an Associate in Risk Management (ARM) professional designation.
