Senior Vice President, Account Management

Robin joined Optima in August 1997 to provide multi-line insurance services to her general and professional liability owner insured accounts of California Healthcare Insurance Company (CHI). Robin's primary responsibility is account retention and in doing so assures services being provided add value, are simple and enhance the relationship between Optima and the owner insured.

In addition, Robin is responsible for the development and management of the Optima Account Management department and works closely with her Claims and Risk Management teams assigned to each one of her CHI accounts. She also works closely with the Optima Underwriting department for the CHI product to streamline requests and processes as much as possible. Robin works closely and is very involved in the development of new business for the CHI product.

In addition, Robin serves as a member of the Leadership Team where she is involved in Optima strategic planning and business decisions that need immediate attention.
