Julie Jackson - Chief Operations Officer

Julie is responsible for development and management of Optima Healthcare Insurance Services' human resources and operations. A component of her job is to assist Optima's clients by providing human resource consulting.

Julie received her bachelor's degree in management from St. Mary's College, Moraga, California. Julie joined Optima in August 1997. Prior to joining Optima, she worked as the Director of Human Resources for the California Hospitals Affiliated Insurance Services for nine years.

Julie has designed, implemented and monitored effective human resource programs, including the development of effective personnel policies and procedures, compensation programs, and employee training programs.

Julie's broad-based knowledge in human resources and operational issues allows her to provide sound business practices and practical approaches to utilizing the company's human resources to ultimately achieve the company's goals and objectives.
