Brenda Sizemore

Senior Account Manager

Brenda joined Optima in November 2007 as a Senior Account Manager. Brenda's primary responsibility is to provide prompt and efficient customer service to Optima insured's. In addition to the day-to-day activities that her accounts require, Brenda works very closely with Account Executives as well as company underwriters and is responsible for renewal application preparation, marketing and proposal presentation.

Prior to joining Optima, Brenda worked for a commercial lines agency which specialized in providing Professional Liability coverages and all other lines of Property & Casualty coverages specific to hospitals and large medical groups. Brenda was responsible for client and underwriter relations, marketing, pricing and presenting quotations to clients.

Prior to working in the healthcare industry side of insurance, Brenda worked as an Senior Account Manager with a large Property & Casualty brokerage handling large self insured commercial accounts placing the general liability, workers' compensation, property and automobile coverages for school districts and community college clients.

Brenda brings with her to Optima 15 years experience in the commercial insurance agency industry. She currently maintains a fire & casualty insurance agent license and is pursuing the "Associate in Risk Management" (ARM) professional designation.
