Sasha Navros

Account Manager

Sasha joined Optima in August of 2006 as an Account Manager. Sasha's primary responsibility is to provide prompt and efficient customer service to Optima insureds. In addition to the day-to-day activities that her accounts require, Sasha works closely with Account Executives as well as the company underwriters and is responsible for renewal application preparation, marketing and proposal presentation.

Prior to joining Optima, Sasha worked for a personal lines insurance agency for 7 years where she was responsible for marketing, customer service & management of personal auto and homeowners insurance accounts.

Sasha currently maintains a fire & casualty insurance license.
