Jenny Sula

Risk Management Services Coordinator

Jenny has worked in the risk management field for over twenty years, providing administrative support to the risk management services division of Optima, including development, maintenance and coordination of all risk management services functions. Responsibilities include coordination of risk management publications, staff correspondence, report formatting, client networking surveys, meeting minutes, setting up diary systems, and file maintenance.

She also assists the risk management education coordinator with the coordination of logistics of the risk management educational programs including risk forums, biennial leadership retreat, mentorship programs and audio-conferences. These duties include program site selection, contract negotiation, syllabus coordination and preparation, speaker logistics and CEU file maintenance.

Jenny also serves as the assistant to the President/CEO by providing administrative support for correspondence and report generation, as well as preparation for the CHI and Optima Board meetings and various committee functions, including stock offering circular and annual proxy statements.

Jenny joined Optima in September, 1997, having served in the same capacity at California Hospitals Affiliated Insurance Services for fourteen years. Prior to that, Jenny worked at Valley Children's Hospital in Fresno, California, in Medical Records.
