James Williams

Senior Vice President, Claims

Jim Williams joined Optima Healthcare Insurance Services in October 2004, bringing over 28 years of experience in Professional Liability and General Liability claims. He has held various field and management positions with Farmers Insurance Group of Companies, DPIC, Inc. and Golden Eagle Insurance Company.

Jim has earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Biola University in La Mirada, California, as well as a Master in Business Administration from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles. He also has earned the CPCU or Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter designation.

Jim is a native Southern Californian and is based in the Newport Beach office.
